Haj Hichou joined Bupa Arabia in 2010 as Chief Operations Officer; he was instrumental in driving value and efficiency in the Operation, Supply Management and Service area, while establishing himself as a well-respected professional within the Healthcare & Insurance Industry.

Haj brings with him more than a decade of international supply chain exposure from one of the most respected Global FMCG companies.Prior to Bupa Arabia, Haj was at Unilever where he held several leadership roles as Factory Director in the Food and Personal Care division, Supply Chain Director for several Business Units and Customer Service Excellence Director for the Unilever MENA region.

Born and raised in Belgium, he holds a BS in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from ECAM University, Brussels.
