Columbia University has recognized him as a member of the Alumni Representative Committee (ARC) to interview potential university students and to vote on their acceptance.

Modar was previously the Assistant Vice President of the Corporate Banking Group at the National Commerical Bank (NCB).  He now oversees and manages the complete Western Region sales and operations of Nawah.  He is also one of the Directors of Nazer Group, as well as being an Executive Partner in Philosophy of Taste Co.
